went away before the doore was opened. <J> Hee saith also that soone after the same day hearing that the Lord Magwire was apprehended in a Kernans house in Cookestreet. he this examinate said that it was twenty to one that my Lord Magwire might have escaped if he taken the other side of the way and passed through Colmans brooke. But for any Conspiracy or treason of intended by the <K> said Lo: he neither never Knew nor ever was privy to it. neither did he ever heare of any such matter till after the words soe spoken by this examinate
