The further Examinacion of Redmund Magwire of Inishskillinge in the Com of ffermanagh taken before us Sir Ri: Bolton knight Lord Cha: of Ireland and Sir Gerr Lowther knight &c the 5th day of November 1641
<S> This examinant saith that about a weeke before the lord Magwire came vnto Dublin hee was with him at his lordshipps howse in the Com of ffermanagh and that there was then there Captaine Rory Magwire his Lordshipps Brother Hugh mc Mahon an old servant of his Lordshipps father and Grandfather, Bryan mc Mahon and Hugh buoy Maguire, and Shane ô Relie a Preist Chaplaine to his lordshipp and a ffrier named Teirnan mc Hugh and that hee this examinant there stayed that night, And saith that the same day whereon his Lordshipp tooke his Journey towards Dublin hee overtooke his Lordshipp before hee came to the howse of Cotes, and that hee did ride alonge with his lordshipp to the howse of the said Cotes at Templedona in the <T:> Com of ffermanagh and that hee was present when his Lordshipp gaue out these threatninge words to the said Cotes, that if hee would not agree with Peirce mc Gilcastolagh before hee came back that hee would make him repent it, And that night day did ryde alonge with his Lordshipp to Newton and the said Lord Magwire told this examinant that that night hee would lie that night lay at Phillip o Relie his howse in the Com of Cavan and this Examinant lay at the howse of Symon Mumford in Newton aforesaid
