Gyles Curran being dewly sworne and examined <A> deposeth that, about Candlemas last was a twelue moneth, upon a sunday aboute eleven or twelue of the clock in the day tyme, John Talbott of Belgart with six others in his Company being all in Arms Came unto the lands of Chapell Isod and from thence tooke and draue awaye seuerall Garrons belonging unto the Inhabitants of the said Chappell Isod, wherupon the Deponent with three others in his Company one of which was the foresayd Owen Hely miller, pursued the sayd John Talbott and his Company unto Knockvary being aboute the distance of a quarter of a mile from the said Chappel Isod, that they being Come soe farre as the sayd Knockvary, Richard Greg made a shott at the said John Talbott & his Company, whereupon the said John Talbott and his partie aduanced soe feircely against the Deponent and his partie, that they wer forced to betake themselues to flight, at which tyme the deponent sawe the said John Talbott shoote at the abouesaid Owen Hely, that the said John Owen Hely being then wounded s[
