    The examynation of Jone Birne of Loughsallough afforesayd &c.
    The sayd examinant beeinge duly sworne & Examyned sayth That shee was not present but was halfe a myle from the place, when Dulin Birne was kild, shee <B> sayth that shee sawe the wound [ ] in or neer the Right left brest on the sayd Dulin, that shee heard dyvers say & heard the sayd Phelem Birne Confess, that hee the sayd Phelim kild him & sayth, that it was at ballyeckeyle in the County of wickloe in betwxt holantyde & Christmiss; & further sayth not
