Katherin Browne of Morton in the County of Kildare spinster & ffrancis Barnwell of the same spinster and Margarett Sp Staples of Dublin spinster C li. to the vse of the keepers abouesaid.
The condicion to appere att the Next Sessions of the High Court of Justice held or to be held att Dublin att the ffower Courts there to prosecute against one Dudley Cooley late of Carbree in the County of Kildare for the murtheringe of one John Browne late of ffarmwell in the County of Meath & to giue Evidence personelly in Court concerninge the said Murther That then &c.
