Who beeing examjned saith, That about three daies before the begining of the Rebellion the examjnant <A> beeing then liueing at Carrickstickin in the County of Armagh, the examjnant brought vpp ffifty men towards Ballrenett in the County of Killdare with intencion to carry them for spayne vnder the comand of a Collonell Porter whose name the examjnant knoweth remembreth not but the examjnant heareing that of the breakeing out of the rebellion returned backe to his owne dwellling and dispersed the said ffifty men who allsoe repered to theire seuerall former dwellings, The examjnant further saith, that hee did not beseige [
