Humphrey Davye of Balleduffe in the parish of Killteale in the Queenes Countie being duly sworne deposeth and saith that he this deponent about the 15th of November last he was robbed and dispoyled by the rebells of [

of Oates conceived 40 barrells, one of pease & wheate as is conceived about 8 barrells besides all kin d of vtensills for plowes har rowes and Carrs and in his Gardens with 5 stackes of hay sowed corne 40 li. howsholdgoods 20 li. the said vnthreshed Corne xx li., the said hay vj li. All amountinge to the value of Clvj li. And further saith that his Cattle were taken away by Henry Dempsie sonne to Dempsie liveing att the Brittas; his Corne and hay were taken away by William Cosby of Garrymadocke which Cosby protested to the sonne in lawe of the deponent, that if he carried away a Corn Graine of the Corne he would cutt off his necke And further saith that his daughter was shott through the Arme by George Walker sonne to the Sufferan of the towne
