The Informacion of Jane Elliot of Cadongans alley in the Citty of Dublin taken the 24th of May 1654
She sayth John Guy late Souldier vnder Lieutenant Collonell Huson & nowe vnder the comand of Coll Daniel Abbott hath at severall times since Christmas last received severall sumes of money from one Patrick Richard Andrews liueing at Sellick <A> about 3 miles from Dublin vpon Consideration as this informant beleiues that he the sayd Guy would not Informe against him for the Murthers he was reputed guilty of in the time of the sessation becawse the sayd John Guy haueing before Challenged the sayd Andrewes for the same since that vpon receipt of the sayd sommes of money which he Challenged as his due debts h hath forborne any pr oc es of prosecution
