The Examinacion of Olliver Keyting of Dongons Towne aged about 36 yeares taken in the behalfe of the Lord Protector and Comon Wealth of England duly sworne and examined deposeth as follows against Christ ffurlong of Dames Towne
To the first and 2d Inter hee saith that the aboue named Christ: ffurlong did live at his house in Dames Towne abouesaid in the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence & did not remove himselfe into the English Quarters as other English and Protestants did as he might <m> haue done
To the 3d Interr hee saith that the aforenamed Christopher ffurlong did pay all publiq Levies imposed vppon him during the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence as <n> others did being imposed vppon all as hee beleeveth
To the fourth Interr hee saith That the said ffurlong as hee was Credibly informed did plunder many of the English during the first yeare of the Rebellion and sithence And did afterwards goe forth in the Rebellion in Actuall service in his owne person his cause of <o> Knowledge is that hee this deponent did see the said ffurlong in Armes ab in or about the 2d yeare of the Rebellion & did actt in the capacity of a Captaine
To the fift Inter hee st not
To the sixt hee cannot depose

To the 7th this deponent doth verily beleeve that the said ffurlong did take and subscribe the Oath of Association
To the 8th & 9th hee cannot depose
To the 10th hee saith that the said ffurlong had a Brother by name William ffurlong which about the 33d yeare 164 of the Rebellion went forth into actuall Armes against the English and was afterwards kild in fight against the English This <p> deponents cause of knowledge is that he did see him in Actuall Armes and did Act in the Capacity of a Lnt
