John ô Murrow of Maglasse yeoman, aged fiftie eight yeares or thereabouts, deposeth concerning the foresaid John Browne of oldhall gent, deceased, That this deponent well knew <t> the said said John Browne & that the said John Browne dwelt at oldhall in the Irish quarters, neere to this deponents habitacion while he Liued: And further saith that he did see the said John in actuall Armes in the Capacity of a priuate souldyer acting & abetting the rebellion in the foote Company of Collonel william Browne at the seige of Duncannon, about Christmas 1641 & afterwardes in which Company the deponent serued as in a priuate Capacity, during the said John Brownes acting as aforesaid & to the deponents best remembrance, Richard Browne son to the said John was at the seige aforesaid with his father & further saith not.
