The Examinacion of Robert Browne taken on behalfe of the Comonwealth concerninge the aforesaid George Cheeuers
<to the 1st interro
and 2 interro> this deponent sath that the said George Liued in the first yeare of the warr and after till the Lord Crumwells Cominge into the Countye of Waxford at his his howses at great Killiane and b alleneclash then in the Irish Quarters, and then the said George <k> did with part of his famelye and stocke remoue and fled from the English into to more remote quarters of the Irish and sath tha

<to the 4th interro:> this deponent sath that the said George did acte to promote the warr because this deponent did see the said George with the Irish forces <m> before Duncannon in the said first yeare of the warr with some armed s men in his Companye

interrogatoryes> he can not depose onlye sath that he hath heard from some one of the said Georges seruants that the said George was actually went aboard <n> a vessell wherein some Englishmens goods were imbarked for England and did plunder and bringe home to his owne howse at great Killiane some of the said goods and this in the begininge of the warr

That the said George he this deponent hath heard that some of the said Georges seruants did plunder some goods belonginge to Englishmen <o> out of a vessel and brought the said goods soe plundered vnto the said Georges howse at great Killiane at the verye first of the warr and farther he can not depose more then that the said Gorge was in Armes against the ffort of duncannon within the first yeeare
