The Examinacion of Owen Breine of Eniscorthy gent aged thirty foure yeares or thereabouts taken vpon oath on the behalfe of the Comonwealth Concerning William Jordane of Clone Jordane in the barrony of Scarewailsh, & County of wexford gent deceased
<To the 1st Interr> The Examinant deposeth that the said William dwelt at CloneJordane, in the Irish quarters the first yeare and the Residue of the rebellyon, till he died from whence he did not remoove into the english quarters, as the said seauerall english about and neere him did: The <s> deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent dwelt neere the said williams habitacion sometime of the said Rebellyon.

<To the 3d Interr> The Deponent saith that he beleiues the said William did Contribute proportionably with others, men moneys & <t> prouisions for maintenance of the Irish forces against the english, the same being generall, and none excused from payment thereof.
