Marcus Power of Bannow yeoman deposeth Concerning the foresaid William Keating, That the said william about July 1642: was in actuall Armes in the Capacity of a priuate souldyer, to his vtmost <h> promoting the Rebellyon against the english in the Company of Collonel william Browne. The deponents cause of knowledge is for that the deponent was Serieant of the said Company during the said william Keatings seruing therein, But the deponent doth not know of the said william Keatings being in the said Company at any time sooner then aforesaid, for that the deponent was not received into the said Company before that time, & further Canot depose &c
