Robert Browne of Knockingall yeoman aged thirty yeares or thereabouts being duely sworne & examined Concerning the foresaid Luke Keating of Kilcowan gent deceased Deposeth & saith That he well knew the said Luke for that the deponent dwelt within halfe a myle to the said Lukes habitacion, And further saith that the said Luke did act & abet the rebellyon & Robberyes Comitted vpon the english in the first yeare & before the 10th of Nouember 1642: for that the deponent did see the said Luke with seauerall Armed men in his Company & vnder his Comand to in Nouember one thousand six hundred forty one to bring vnto Kilcowan, within halfe a mile of this deponents habitacion, a great Number of cowes garrans, & sheep the Number this do examinant doth not know, which the said Luke & Company brought [
