The Examinacion of Olliver Keyting of Dongons Towne aged about 36 yeares taken in the behalfe of the Lord Protector and the Comon Wealth of England duly sworne & examined deposeth as followeth against Dermott Mc Dowlin Kavenagh in the County of Wexford & Barony of Bantry
To the whole Inter at large deposeth and saith that the aboue said Dowlin was in Actuall Armes in the first yeare of the Rebellion in promoting the Irish Rebellion against the English The cuase of this deponents knowledge <b> is that hee saw the said Dowlin in Armes during that time and before the first day of November 1642 And did during the first yeare with the rest of his Company march vnto ffether and there pl did plunder and drive away of the Goods and Cattle as th of Mr Loftis as this deponent was informed, And was during the first yeare and sithence reputed to bee a notorious plunderer of the English And did then Act in the Capacity of a Collonell And afterwards went into the County of Kildare whoe as this deponent was informed was kild slayne in the ffight against the English. And further saith not,
