<To the 1st Inter> Hee deposeth and saith that he knew the said Patricke from the tyme that he was a childe & saith that he doth know that the said Patricke liued and continued in the <e> Irish quarters the whole time of the rebellyon during his life & did not remooue thence all the warre into the Irish <English> quarters as he might haue done with the english & protestants liuing in Wexford His cause of <f> knowledge is for that the deponent dwelte next doore but one to the said Patricke in the towne of Wexford

<To the 3d interr> Hee deposeth and saith that the said Patricke did contribute his share or proporcion of taxes Imposed on the towne for the mayntenance of <g> the Irish forces then in Armes As this deponents father & the Inhabitants of the towne generally & without exempcion did

<To the 7th interr> Hee deposeth that he hath heard that there was an oath of associacion generally taken by the Irish & papists <k> which soe as the deponent is induced to beleiue that the said Patricke did take the said oath as others did & the deponent is rather induced to beleife the same in reguard of the said Patrickes office of trust as aforesaid

<To the 9th inter> Hee deposeth that the said Patricke did act as treasurer or receiuer of the publicques contribucion or Leuyes for the Irish in or about the sixth yeare of the warres & soe continued till he dyed The cause of the deponents <l> knowledge is for that the deponent being his neere Neighboure as aforesaid [
