The Examination of Edmond Dwyer of Cashell taken the Day & yeare first abouewritten
This Examinant aged saith that he was att Killna managhmanag
<B> This Examinant (sworne & Examined) saith now of Cashell aforesaid saith that he was att Killnamanagh in the said <2)> County where he obserued and saw Coll: Phillip: Dwye{r} then making inquery after those who were had bin actors in the Murther of Cashell when he Entred it in the yeare 1641 which inquerey was about one yeare after, he saith that one Riccard <C> mcPhillip Dwyer of Shetivrey in Killnamanagh together with one Cnokher boye ô Mulryan of Poulvarly sonn of John Mulryan of the same, were fownd gillty of Some of the Murthers aforesaid, being demand whether the said persons so Charged were then residing att Killnamanagh aforesaid saith they were & that he saw them theyr within this tweluemonth being demaunded whatt prosedings were against them he saith he Knoweth not & further saith not,
