Depositions taken Concerninge Theoball Butler of Ardmailey in the Barrony County of Tippary in the yeare 1641
Edwa: Powell of the Bredest in the Barrony of Imokilly Aged about 43 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith
That the said Butler was in Actuall Armes in the yeare afforesaid
The Cause of this Deponent Knowledge is that hee hath Seine the said Butler in Arms in the yeare afforesaid & further Saith not
