Thomas Browne of Mc Collopp in the Barrony of Coshmore Aged about 41 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith
That the said o: Brien was in Actuall Armes in the yeare afforesaid
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee hath Seine the said o Brien in Armes in the yeare afforesaid & further Saith not
