Nouember December 3th 1652
The examinacion of donno Corrohowe of Glin prest in the Barrany of Intiquene aged about 30 beinge duly sworne saith that he see John Magner of Ahadagh sune to James Magner & Garrat <A> ffits Jarryl of Liskinglan & John McMorris of Garrymower with diuers others goe into the howse of John Atkin of Powlmower & thare & then Murther William Atkin Walter Tape & John Sawnders in the howse of the said Atkin this deponant being take presoner by that partie as thay went to the howse of the said Atkin & further saith that John Magner had brocken his sword in the howse att the said murther & that he the said Magner had gott A sworde att the howse of the said Atkins that he Carryed away with him & that this deponant did se amongst that partie the Cloathes of J William Atkin who was murthered att that time and further saith not.
