The examinacion of John Warraker of Corke aged 46 yeares or thereabouts being duely sworne and examined deposeth and sayth that John ô Lyne of Ballincollicke in the Barony of Barretts in the yeare of Cessacion when the Irish had liberty to Come into the English quarters, he the sayde John ô Lyne, in <A> a bragginge manner boasted that he killed humfrey Wills as he was reapinge of wheate in his owne feild. his Cause of knowledge is for that he was present when he acknowledged the sayd Murder, and Changed did Challenge this deponent if he had any thinge to say to him that he would annswer him in the feild where And ffurther sayth not.
