ffor the Murther of a Person whose name is vnknowne./
Euidence on behalfe of the State
Depos:
<A> John Salisbur Salisbury Deposed That Mr Condon seeing the said person at the doore of a house Cloghleagh told him he was a Spider and would hang him and did presently after hang him accordingly 8 December 1652
<B> Joane Wall Deposed that the said Condon did cause the said Person to be hanged:/
<C> John Barry being Sworne & Examined in Court saith that he was told that the said Richard Condon hanged the said Person and that he saw the graue the next day after he was hanged and buryed wherein he was Layd./
