<Kinsale ffebruary 16th 1653> Depositions Taken Concerninge Loghlane O Leine of OwneBoy in the Barrony Kinulea in the yeare 1641
Tho: Woodcock of Owneboy Kinsale Chancellor Aged about 45 yeares beinge sworne and Examined Saith That hee Liueinge att OwneBoy in the yeare 41 & knew the aboue said Leine Liueinge then att OwneBoy & That this deponent was Constrayned to Come from thence to Kinsale for safety That the said Leine did Not Remoue <1)> to any of the Parliaments Garrisons but Continued abroad duringe the whole time <2)> of Warr but that hee did Remoue farther to the other side of the Water
<3)> That hee was both att Publiqe and priuat{
<9)> That nothinge was done ore all thereabouts but by his Command
That hee tooke by force the goods of the said Deponent by his owne Authority <12)> and disposed of them to his owne use the Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee saw sum of his owne goods in the said Leines house about halfe a yeare after and farther saith Not Taken before us <10)> and that All the aboue Leines Kindred were in Actuall Armes with the Irish and farther saith not
