<Kinsale ffebruary 17 1653> Depositions taken Conceringe Dauid Mallifant of the Libertyes of Kinsale in the yeare 1641
John Shepheard of Downderrow Gentleman Aged about 40 yeares beinge sworne and Examined saith that hee Liuinge att Downderr{ow} afforesaid
<1)> That hee knew the afforesaid Mallifant Liuinge in the Libertyes of Kinsale afforesaid in the same yeare
<2)> That hee Remoued from thence further into the Irish Quarters & did Nott Come into the English Quarters As hee might haue done
<10)> That hee had two Brothers Phillip and James that Likewise Remoued into the Enemyes Quarters
<11)> That hee had diuers English Liuinge one the said Mullifants Land whoe Remoued all to the English Quarters to Kinsale and further saith Nott
