James Coimbs of the Bantree Aged About 45 yeares beinge sworne & Examined saith that hee Liuinge att the Bantree in the yeare 41
1) That hee knew Danniell o Leary Liuinge att the Bantree the same yeare & that hee Joyned with O Soullauane Beare against the English
That itt was Generally Reported that the said Leary was att the Killinge of those English that were sent a shore to fetch abord one Rouland ffeild an English man that Refused to Come with his Wife and Child when all the English were brough of by Sir Henry Stradley and farther saith not
