John Bastable of the towne & parish of Tralye barony of Trohanackne and within the com of keirye merchant an Irish protestant duely sworne & examined before vs by vertue of a Comission & deposeth and sayth that aboute the twenteth of October, the deponent Lost was robbed and forceably dispoyled of his goods & Chattles to the seuerall values followinge vizt,
Of horses Mares and swine to the value of seaven pounds tonn shillings Of houshould stuffe to the value of thirtye pounds and further he sayth that by meanes of this rebellion he Lost the benifitt of a house and stable wherin he had a terme of one and thirtye yeares to come in the house and but one yeare in the other worth Coibus anis ffifty shillings per annum wherin he conceaues himself damnified to the value of fortye pounds Of debts amountinge to the summe of twelue pounds which ere this rebellion were estemed good debts but now become desperatt by reason the{
