<4> That when his father Bartholomewe White & his said Brothers were taken away by David Rawleigh & those with him, they pretended to doe the same by orders of the Lord Baron of Castle Conell, And that that very day they were hanged the Lord of Castle Conell was at Randevouz with his forces which he gathered of the Country of Knockanebohud which is neere Whitestowne, And that within twoe houres after his said father & brothers were hanged And that his younger brother Patricke was soe younge & his body soe light (beinge not aboue twelue yeares ould or thereabouts) that they hanged him three tymes ere he died, & that after the 3d tyme he went & died in a ditch, His cause of knowledge is that John Browne an Irish servant of his fathers went after them & sawe them hanged & after buryed them all & came to this Examinant & made him the relation, And that as they were carryed to Ballynitty in the way they were carryed to the Lord of Castle Conell on Knockanebohud, Where the said Lord & some others had discourse concerninge them & then they were carryed to Ballynitty & there hanged
