<Youghall June 16th 1654> Depositions taken Concerninge Morrice Herbert of Rachell in the Barrony County of Limbrick in the yeare 1641
Steuen Bray of Carriglass in the Barrony of Kilnatullow Aged about 40 yeares being sworne & Examined saith
That the said Herbert was in Actuall Armes in the yeare afforesaid
The Cause of this deponent knowledge is that hee hath seine the said Herbert in Arms in the yeare afforesaid & farther saith not
