whoe beinge examined saith that he was one of the Lord of Clanmoris his party of horse when sargeant Rouleright with some other Englismen that were comeinge from the fort of <A> Gallway were taken prisoners neere Oranmore, And he saith he saith he remembreth besides himselfe, to be of the said troupe, James Hauerty of Ardrahan, John mc shida mantagh, whoe nowe as he remembers liueth in Tuamond, william fitz Edmund Dorogha whoe nowe liueth in Killculy beinge one of Collonell Rickard Burkes his seruantes, and was then seruant to the Lord of Clanmoris, and Edmund Burk mc Henry roe whoe was then a horseman in the said Lords troupe, Redmond roe Dolphin whoe liueth neere Loghreogh, and Collonell Thomas Burk of Killcorna{
