Who sayeth that the second yeere of the Rebellion he dwelt in Bishops Court And that in the first yeere of the Rebellion one CorMack Macgueere went out with the first moneth and within aboute [
<A> This Examinant further sayeth that in the second yeere of the Rebellion yeere after Captain George Montgommeries troope being brought into lecale and going abroad to meet with such of the Irish as used to come into the Iland and fall upon such off the Inhabitants as they could meet with going betwix garrison and garrison, It happened, that one tyme, that Cornet Jonstone then quarter Master [
<B> This examinant further sayeth that his brother Robert Dixon told him this examinant that the said Mc gueer with two more one day pursued the sayd Robert Dixon, betuix his barne and his house, and not beinge able to ouertak, him because the sayd Dixon was on horse back, that the sayd Mc Gueer returned to the barne and hanged the sayd Dixons barne man
