Thomas Percivall late of Ballylaghane in the parish of Newmark et barony of duhalla and within the County of ly mericke Corke husbandman (a brittish protestant) duely sworne and examined before vs by vertue of a Comission vnder the broa d e seale of this Kingdome (beareing date the 5th day of march 1641) concerneing the losses robberies and spoiles since this rebellione comitted vpon the brittish and protestants within the Province of Munster &c. deposeth and saith That vpon the 24th day of January Anno domini 1641 or therabouts & diuers times since the deponent lost was robbed and forceably dispoiled of his goods and Chattles to the seuerall values followeing vzt value of 84 li.
Of cowes heifers one steere one horse & swine to the value of foure and thirtie pounds ten shillinges. Of houshouldstufe lynen wearei ng apparell and houshould=provi tion to the value of fifteene pounds. Of hay in stack to the value of ten pounds. T he deponent further saith that he was expelled and driven away from his sai d farme who lost in corne in ground the value of fiue and Thirtie pounds. The totall of his losses amounts to foure score and foureteene poun ds. The deponent further saith that he is informed by his son Richard Perciuall of the same yeoman that Oliuer Stevenson of Dunmoghie in the said County Esquire ([
