The Examynacion of James Walle of Arddrisdine in the Com of Catherlagh yeoman servant to Charles Byrne of Busheltowne in the said Com taken before me the day & yeare within written
<B> Whoe saith that he, was borne in the Com aforesaid, And that he Came to Dublin on thursday the 21th of 8ber last, and returned, into the said Com of Catherlagh, the Next day, and that he hath beene servant vnto the said Charles Byrne, and his ffather, these 7 yeares past, And the Occation of his Cominge then to towne, was to wayte on Pheylim O Byrne, brother in lawe vnto his said Master, whoe was Come to the towne, before him this Examynant. And he further saith that he lodged, that said thursday Night at the signe of <C> the said White horse, on the Coome, where the said Pheillym lodged alsoe, And he further sait saith that on the said friday he was sent by the said Phelym, backe againe to see whether his this Examynants Mistress was, then in Childbed And, further saith that on Munday the 25th of 8ber last, he Came to dublin the seacond tyme, and repayreinge to the said signe of the <D> white horse, on the Coome, to enquire for the said Pheylim, but found him not, but his horse was in the stable, And there this Examynant was, forthwith apprehended, And further saith, that he knoweth not any thinge of the Consperacie latelie discouered, And further saith not,
