This Examinant sworne & Examined saith that he is aged forty & fiue yeares or theyr abouts, and further saith that he was is an inhabitant of the to Citty of Cashell and was then resident theyr one the one & thirteth of December 1641, when Collonel Phillip oDwyer & his party did Eenter the said Citty (hauing besett the Citty with about 2000 men & so forst the gattes) & that so sone as they Entred they began to plunder the English & protistants bringe bringing in all theyr plunder to Mr Beanes Hows which was appoynted as a Generall storehowse for the sayd goods, further saith that the next morning early they Murthered diuers Englich protistants afore said to the number of fiftenn or sixtenn persons, further saith that he did not see any of the personns as they were Murthering, but heard that they wer Murther{
