This Examinant aged thirty yeares or theyr abouts sworne & Examined, saith he was in Cashell aforesaid when Coll phillip Dwyer Entred the Citty aforesaid one the 31th of Desember 1641 & that theyr Caime in withe Coll: aforesaid: one Tege ô Maghar Eldist sonn to ô Maghar of <A> Clonicaney in the County of Tipperary, Thomas Pursel of Gurtaney in the County aforesaid, vlick Bourke of Lislouren, Dermott mc Knocker Dwyer seruant to the said Coll, Phillip Dwyer John Dywer searvant to Phillip:, being Demaunded Conserning the Murthers of Cashell aforesaid then & theyr Commited, saith that he was preasent when Mr William Beane was Killed by James Roch of ballygriffeth whos name he haith sence vnderstood or learned Knowing his person: & that theyr ware then theyr within three more in that action one of them hauing a sword and the other two had half pickes but theyr names he remembreth not further saith that Thomas a Sadler was Killed by William mc Phillip Dwyer, & further saith not.
