Depositions taken Concerninge Richard Burke of Drissane in the Barrony of Clonwilliam in the yeare 1641
Jeremy Spacy of Kingkrupe in the Barro= of Coshmore Aged about 55 yeares beinge Sworne & Examined Saith
That the said Burke was in Actuall Armes in the yeare afforesaid
The Cause of this deponent Knowledge is that hee hath Seine the said Burke in Armes in the yeare afforesaid & further saith not
