William o Mulcloygh of Clonburren ffarmer beinge likewise sworne & examined deposeth that the very night that Pillen murdered his neighbour Hugh o <A> Higgen the said Lawrence Pillen sett one of the Mac E Rowen whose other name he knowes not att this deponents dore to watch this deponent, and when the said Pillen had murthered the said Hugh O Higgen he came to this deponents Cabbyn, beinge adioyninge to O Higgens and forced into it, and the said Rowen held his sword to this deponents brest whilst the said Pillen tooke the litle Milk & butter this deponent had, & then went away. He deposeth That about an howre afterwards this deponent did see the said Hugh Higgen and how pittifully the said Pillen had wounded him and Knowe that about fowre dayes afterwards died of the said wound And further sayeth not.
