Whoe saith that he Lived at Ballemartin being within halfe a mile of Temple Patricke when this Rebellion began: And that about the midle of Jenuary: following on Lieutenant John Garvon with seuerall others in his Company <A> by name Nedde Johnston: Andrew ffargisson with seuerall others whose names hee knoweth: not, came to the village aforesaid: by night and in this examinents sight the souldiers tooke one Henry mcCarre Capper: & brought him before the Leiutenant aforesaid & asked him what they should doe with him, hee answeared what should bee done with him: but cut him in peeces which they since die{
